Fixed! Go to the fix.
I have fixed this now, The broadband account name on the router had been rest to setup@... changed it to my own account name and password andit works fine now

Glad your services are back up. Looks like at about 12:15am on the 16th the connection dropped, and possibly the router reset getting stuck in the failed setup@ mode.
