I can browse the plusnet site ok (with some slowness) for every other site I either get 'secure connection failed' (https sites) or redirected to the modem admin page (mobile devices and http sites). I have raised a fault but no reply for over a day. Anybody else had anything similar?
I have fixed this now, The broadband account name on the router had been rest to setup@... changed it to my own account name and password andit works fine now
Glad your services are back up. Looks like at about 12:15am on the 16th the connection dropped, and possibly the router reset getting stuck in the failed setup@ mode.
