Plusnet profile way less than BT Profile

I moved into my new flat a few weeks back and my Fibre Extra was activated around 10 days later.
Since then i've been disappointed to find my download speeds maxing out at around 44Mb/s.
My router shows my sync speeds as ~68Mb/s down and ~18Mb/s up.

I spoke with Plusnet support a while back and they asked me to wait until 10 days have passed from broadband activation and see if my download speed improves.
It's more than 10 days now (must be 13 or 14 days) and my download speeds remain the same.

I did a bit of research and found a link to:
This page tells me that my Plusnet profile is just 49.8Mb/s.

I also visited the diagnostic page at:
This tells me that my IP Profile is 65.9Mb/s.

Can i ask that Plusnet fix their profile so that i can achieve the maximum possible download speed on my line?
