Plusnet liabllity for broadband dropping out.

After a long conversation on the phone, after waiting the now standard 17 minutes, I got told this.

Plusnet will only class it as an unacceptable service if either of the following criteria are met....

1. Broadband drops out 6 or more times in 24 hours.

2. Broadband drops out 14 or more times in 72 hours.

Is this right???

If it is, it shouldn't be,

Hi there,

Yes, those are thresholds above which we're able to raise faults with our suppliers.

The reason behind that is that a lower number of disconnections shouldn't be noticeable or create much disruption to the service.
