Plusnet issues?

With no support now at these times, is anyone else having connectivity problems.  Router shows link to plusnet established  and ping to Google okay but tracert shows stall after reaching plusnet on 4th hop.
Router switched off for 10 min but on boot up no difference.

I get the traceroute stall too...
But its not affecting my connectivity, are you having issues browsing?

No issues here on my side all day today nor this evening but slightly drop in speed after 8pm to 11pm.

Sorry I mean no issues on browsing all day and all evening but it a pain when my 74Mbps drop to 45Mbps from 8pm to 11pm.

The Err OK was due to your posting this information yet the OP wasn't saying anything was wrong with speed and rather suggested inability to browse at all... so I couldn't see how your post saying all is/was OK for you was necessary/related!
