Plusnet - is anyone else's wifi signal terrible?

I can't get wifi connection through my whole house. I tried all of plusnet's "helpful" suggestions and nothing works. When I called them they told me that wifi signal is nothing to do with them! Has anyone else had this issue?

For comparison purposes, what wireless router did use in the house before you installed the new Plusnet fibre router?

Welcome to the Forum Jessica. I think the context of Plusnet saying "the wifi signal is nothing to do with them" rather depends. After all if it's a Plusnet supplied router is definitely has "something" to do with them, perhaps not "everything".
