Hello
I've been a customer for nearing 4 years now. Today at 5:30pm I had the dreaded orange glow of death and it hasn't resolved itself like it usually does in around 5 10 mins.
Admin page on the hub trieas to connect but fails. Nothing in the logs apart from a strange issue regarding the log timestamps; they appear to start from midnight 08 Nov each time tha hub restarts.
In the logs I note it tries to connect to https://dbtpnhdm.bt.mo and then logs it could not resolve host. If the hub datetime is screwed it might be failing to negotiate https
To make things worse I use lastpass to manage my credentials and it needs online access to work. Which means I can't log into my plusnet account to raise a ticket.
If I reset my plusnet account password is that the same password the hub uses to authenticate with plusnet?

Fixed! Go to the fix.

I have now got into my plusnet account. But I can't see where you raise a ticket?

They dropped that feature some years ago.

After many many reboot attempts, one of them finally fixed the issue, and what do you know the log timestamps are now correct.
Am going to look into getting a replacement hub, the last firmware update this one has had was in Feb 2019... yay secure.
