Plusnet fibre - not working

Hi,

Been long time customer of Plusnet here. 

This morning woke up to find Fibre broadband not working.  Plusnet One lights was still orange.  No problem with telephone line. Tried ringing Plusnet support only to be hear automated busy message.

Still unable to connect to internet. Please help.

Still no internet. 

And worse unable to connect Plusnet both by phone or chat.  It feels Plusnet pulled drawbridge up and keeping customers away (:-

Hi @roadsidetree, there was an outage raised Saturday morning in your area which has since been resolved. from the graph below you should be back online now.

If you're still having problems with the broadband, please get back in touch.
