Plusnet fibre extra running slow

Hi Plusnet

I am currently on the fibre extra package but my speeds seem to always be below 60mb/s as of late.

Having been for the last 3 years on the fibre extra package I have not had this issue before but have noticed the drop in speeds a lot of the past few months.

Could someone take a look at the IP profile currently set on my line please?

Can you confirm if you've been testing the speeds over a wired or wireless connection? If wireless can you try a wired connection to see if that gets higher speeds.
