Plusnet fibre but only getting adsl

Hi,
I seem to be on adsl with the speed I'm currently getting. Already restarted my router, but, the download speed still seems to be at around 3 Mbps max.
Can someone please check my profile?

I can see you've been in touch since posting and we've covered the reason for this with you as per what's noted on ticket 119235564.
