Plusnet email - Your Broadband Product change is now complete
I ordered an upgrade from standard to fibre broadband on 9th august and was eventually given a completion date of 23rd August (today).
I have received an email informing me that my broadband product change is now complete. does this now mean that I should be connected to Fibre Broadband and getting the associated speeds? Currently the speed has not changed at all.

My daughter had this problem... try switching the router off, waiting for 30 mins, then switch on again. I assume you did actually get a new router from PN?
