I am definitely on adsl. 4mb dl 800kbps upload. I have spoken to customer service via social media team and they have confirmed I am on ADSL. I have had to open a new account because of the billing issue and will be re upgraded to fibre in two weeks which is not great at all. You have access to my account as much as any of the other cs reps so should be able to see all my notes. Its been 8 months of mess ups via plusnet cs to be honest.
