Plusnet connection speed to BT IP Profile

Hi,
my BT IP profile improved over the weekend but my Plusnet connection speed is still the same.  Would one of the Plusnet bods please be able to update the Plusnet speed to match my BT profile? (current BT IP profile = 26.96)
I do seem to have to ask this every time this happens, it goes down almost straight away when my BT profile changes but I have so far always had to ask it be manually put back up when it improves.
If you need anything from me to do then please let me know.

It will take time for the profile speeds to get to us. I've done it manually for you and you'll see the new profile the next time you connect.
