Plusnet confirm Price changes for 1st September 2016

Product changes – 1st August 2016

 

The following product change will apply to some existing Unlimited Fibre customers from 1st August 2016 as set out below:-

  • We will be changing the speed of our fibre broadband service for existing customers who are on our Unlimited Fibre broadband service with download speeds of up to 38Mb† and upload speeds of up to 19Mb to an Unlimited Fibre broadband service with download speeds of up to 52Mb and upload speeds of up to 9.4Mb. Any affected existing Unlimited Fibre customers will receive an email to confirm this. Customers may see an improvement in download speeds and connection times.

The following pricing and product changes will apply from 1st September 2016 as set out below:-

  • Line rental will increase from £16.99 per month to £17.99 per month
  •    For existing customers:-
    • the Evening and Weekends call plans will increase from £3.00 per month to £3.50 per month.
    • the Anytime call plans will increase from £6.00 per month to £6.50 per month. 
  • We will introduce two new call plans for new and existing customers:-
    • Evening & Weekend UK & Mobile Calls at £4.00 per month.
    • Unlimited UK & Mobile Calls at £8.00 per month.

    For new Plusnet phone customers, the Evening and Weekends and Anytime call plans will no longer be available. Existing Plusnet phone customers can sign-up to the new call plans from 1st September 2016
