Looks like my high level assistance is kicking in...I just had an email to say that I should have my telephone line back by Tuesday, and my Fibre back by Thursday...
I have to say, knowing what is involved in getting a phone line, and Fibre up and running, this is quite frankly excellent customer service, especially as a lot of this is over a weekend, so I couldn't have asked for anything more to resolve this...
Thanks to all in the relevant Plusnet team that have worked darn hard to make this happen! You know who you are! Very much appreciated

Just a quick update for everyone...
My landline telephone just went live this morning...a new number, unfortunately, but at least I have a phone now...Just need to phone everyone and tell them my new number, but a massive thank you to the Plusnet team in getting my telephone line back so fast...
Fibre should be up by Thursday

Well it's the least you can expect,
but why on earth could they not give you your phone number back ?
Back in the day I would have been able to do the phone line and fibre broadband within 2 hours !
PN good adverts, poor customer service
