Even after the reset it may take some time to work out your best speed, so be a little patient with it. As idonno has mentioned, DLM is better than it used to be but still 'curious' at best. I think in its current state it may be up to a week before things get to a full stable top speed, but ...???
I have now signed up for Plusnet from 28th next month. From what others have mentioned (see related thread http://forums.thinkbroadband.com/plusnet/f/4596791-cap-on-plusnet-speeds.html) I think there may be a DLM reset hiccuip when I transfer, even though I hope to continue using the same modem/router (HH6). So I won't be surprised to see lower speeds initially, but confidently expect them to build up to pretty much what I am seeing at the moment (75/13)
