Good evening,
My surface pro 7 that I have been given for work is running extremely slowly (3mbps) download speed. However when I have connected it to a tp link plug used in another room I get my usual 50mbps. All other devices seem to work ok when connected to the plus net router.
Does anyone know why my surface won’t connect to the router directly and give me good speeds.
Thanks in advance

@Superjack89 Welcome to the forum.
Try separating the 2.4 and 5GHz bands see https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/2-4ghz-and-or-5ghz-best-practice/m-p/1351966#M840
Try each in turn and use the best.
