Plusnet and modem sync speeds mis-match

Hey all,

 

After the packet loss, buffering, slow pings and disconnections I was experiencing over the weekend and last few days..Things *seem* to have settled down.

 

With all the disconnections my Plusnet 'Current Line Speed' says 47 Mb, however the openreach modem seems to sync at 55/56Mb  (pictures attached..)

Unsure how this plays out on FTTC. Is it a case of just wait and profiles will match or do I need to do something else? (the guide seems to suggest weeks or months! unless I have got my wires crossed)

I did check the BTW speed tester and I'm pretty sure that said ip profile 47.-- (ish)

Hi there,

 

I've just been running some line diagnostics and can see that the profile has increased on our suppliers side so I've updated that on your account to match.

 

Let us know if that shows any improvement.
