I've had issues with two new PlusNet VDSL routers supplied in December last year which connect at half the speed of the 'OpenReach' engineer's test box (engineer was sent to investigate connection).
I've purchased a TP Link Archer VR600 VDSL Modem/Router as a replacement and connect at exactly double the speed of the Plusnet router.
We are on a long line (over 2km from the fibre cabinet).
Is this a known problem or have I received two faulty routers?
