Can you guys explain why Plusnet is still spamming us with emails about the question (110268858) that is resolved ? On hold till monday 21st september apparently.

I expect someone in the legal profession could make a very good case in that if you have a system that repeatedly does this and you are failing to put this right then at some point it must be classed as intentional.
