Plusnet Reactivated our account

Just had an email to say that you guys have reactivated our account Huh
We moved to BT on the 19th August ... finding this all very unprofessional. Please can you make sure this issue is resolved for us.
One of your team has now raised question: 110268858 asking the billings team to refund the DD which is set to collect in error, Once this has been done can you please ensure that our account is closed.

Still not resolved even though the CSC Agent said this will be dealt with on Friday.

That was Thursday last week so far 11 days have past, and this issue is still on going.
Apparently the Agent I spoke to said, Plusnet are having a lot of these just of late and have a HUGE backlog....

I would say both, I left last month and luckily mine went without a hitch, I even got the remainder of my months charge back. My Mum left last month and is still being charged. Very unprofessional PlusNet, very unprofessional.

yep, same here, how they can re-activate an account and then try and take money when you have migrated away I'll never know!
Is that not classed as theft/attempted theft ?

Well this better not be the case when I leave in the next 48 hours... I'll be going straight back to CISAS to sort it and be requesting payment for the time taken !
