Apart from 40/20, 40/10 & 40/2 no other options have any validity, since 40/20 is no longer being offered this is a straight choice between 40/10 and 40/2 - obviously the majority would prefer 40/10 (until you put a price against each option at least).
If you're going to include options such as 20/10 and 20/5 then I vote for 65/25 since that would pretty much make the best of my line

If it were priced between 40/2 and 80/20, yes, I'd pay a bit more.

2Mbps versus 10Mbps is a significant enough difference for me that it would certainly make me change providers.
