I personally have had enough of the lack of communication from plusnet on technical and customer issues.
Many thousands of VDSL/FTTC customers are having problems, with decreasing speed, due to crosstalk on their lines.
This is down to the way that VDSL works.
A lot of customers are being sold products at a certain speed, then months later, when their neighbours get the same connections, your connection will start to drop, sometimes seriously.
We aren't getting the speeds we were paying for at the start of the contract, and that's very serious in my book.
OFCOM may be a weak pathetic regulator, but whats right is right.
You have an obligation to provide what we "Expect" from day one. If we are given a 78mb connection on day one, then it should stay at that level. Having a connection that's 15mb less a year later, with higher latency and page response isn't acceptable for the same money.
WHEN are you going to push BT to roll out vectoring?
WHY hasn't this been done already?
This is an established technology to combat crosstalk interference on VDSL lines, which resolves 95% of issues.
