Plusnet Modem loses network sync / Disconnects when on MS Teams Calls

2.4Ghz is off - too crowded 

5Hz has been on but it's off again now. I don't think it's material to the issue.

the LCP is interesting - the USG is just a client device - it has no special privs and should no more be able to request a disconnect than any other lan/wifi client - e.g. they'd need the credentials for the router config? The USG has a PPPOA option but it's not enabled.

I haven't had any teams calls today and haven't lost connection.

2.4 GHz being off was an observation, anyway @Gandalf has detected an issue so I'd progress with the ticket that he has raised.

Hope Openreach find the issue quickly.
