Plusnet IP Profile

I have noticed that my BT IP Profile has recently increased to 46.05 having always been around 39 ish.  I went to check that my Plusnet settings matched but this facility seems to have been removed from the connection settings within the member centre.  Can someone please check that the settings match in my case.

Add https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed to your Favorites/Bookmarks. Clicking it will give you the Portal login screen, which when completed sends you to the page.

Many thanks for that.  As I thought, it is still at 39.8 - can someone from Plusnet change it to match the BT IP profile of 46.05 please.

There seems to be a bit of a mismatch somewhere.
Our tests are showing your modem as syncing around 40mbps which makes the profile correct.
Where are you seeing the BT profile as being 46mbps? Can you attach a copy of the BT Speedtest you carried out?

Hi Matthew, I have a similar request to OP.
I did a BT performance test this morning and it said: IP Profile for your line is - 76.47 Mbps (cannot provide a screenshot as not at home atm). My speed test only gives me 63Mbps after jumping to 75Mbps at the start of the test.
Can someone please amend my Plusnet's profile. Thanks.

Hi Alex,
This is a rare occasion, but it looks like the two profiles have mismatched. I've changed ours, so if you log into you router and hit disconnect/connect you may see improvements.

Here is the screenshot from a speed test today - clearly states IP Profile 46.05

Your profile actually changed by automation yesterday so it's now at 46. Hopefully this sorts it.
