Plusnet IP Profile

Could someone from plusnet  please adjust my current line speed which shows 66.88 to the BT IP Profile 75.21

Interestingly enough mine dropped to 66.88 as well from 77 last week.  Except my BT profile changed too.  
Seems a bit of a coincidence!

I've increased the profile on our systems for you, you may just need to end your current session and start a new one via the router interface to pick up the new profile.
