A resynch at around 0800 on Sunday of gave me a download synch of 52Mb/sec, resulting in a BRAS of 50.36 (see attached screenshot). My Plusnet IP Profile remains stuck at 47.6. I would appreciate it if someone could give it a nudge please.
I was under the impression that this long standing issue of profiles not updating had been resolved, but clearly not!

UPDATE: The profile has been updated within the last 30mins or so, whether automatically or by manual intervention I don't know, so no further action required.
