I've bought an EE Signal Box (Cisco USC3331) because my phone doesn't work inside my house. Guess what? The Signal Box doesn't work either (green light keeps on flashing forever). Now either EE failed to register it properly when I contacted them (not unknown) or I have a problem with my router configuration (could be both - no, let's not pursue that one). Some research indicates that it needs IPSEC Passthro to allow it to create a VPN circuit with EE's servers. Question: does the Hub Zero support IPSEC Passthro or do I need to replace it with something more beefy? I'm leaning towards this conclusion, but I want to be certain before I upset the gaffer by spending more hard-earned readies.
