Plusnet Hub One intermittent connection Issue On either PC

I am on the fibre option and have a Hub One router. I have 2 PCs which are both connected via ethernet cables, so wireless is irrelevant and I don't have wireless cards in the PCs. For about a week or so either PC can lose its internet access and I get the "globe" in the bottom right of the screen. The other PC will be fine. They are both on the latest Windows 10 with all updates every day.

I can issue all the following commands as well as the Windows Network Troubleshooter on the failed PC but nothing will fix the issue:-

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh interface ipv4 reset
netsh interface ipv6 reset
netsh interface ip delete destinationcache
netsh winsock reset catalog

Usually it is one PC that is affected and the other works fine. The problem appears to be only with the router.

The only remedy is to press the reset button on the router and then both PCs will work ok for several hours or the next day when either connection drops out again. This can be a nuisance when working from home as it can interrupt meetings or we have to go through logging on again via the work VPN, etc.

Is there any suggestion you can offer please?
