Plusnet Hub One faulty / unstable connection

I have an issue with my Plusnet Hub One where the connection drops out systematically every 30 seconds. It happens with wired and wireless connections. Every device attached is affected Here is a couple of ping plots to show;

The connection drops EVERY 30 seconds for a second without fail, until I turn the router off and on again. it will be stable for about half a day and then it will carry on with the continuous dropouts. This makes gaming and video calls horrendous to deal with and would like to a solution that doesn't involve continuously resetting the router. Firmware version is currently 4.7.5.1.83.8.263
