Plusnet Hub One crashes for a minute then reboots

For a while now my router has been losing connection every so often, the problem is random not really in a pattern sometimes it can be a day or two without it happening. 

but recently it has been doing it way more often which is an issue, cutting out meetings etc.

I have logs from the router here hopefully it helps identify the problem.

sometimes the log is not that long and only includes (Send Termination Request) to (PTM over DSL is up)

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My Plusnet Hub One keeps cutting out

This has been happening for a while now, every so often my broadband cuts out and then a minute later it will reconnect, I have logs of what happens in the router and would be great if someone could help fix or give me some guidance on what to do!
