Hey guys, first post yay!
I'm posting because recently I've been getting disconnected from games, but my internet itself isn't slow, just for some reason my ping jumps from say 20ms, to almost 200ms, and drops down which is causing me to disconnect?
Also I'm not getting the broadband speed I should be getting and what I'm paying for...
I attached a photo below, saying what i should get, and a picture showing what i actually get using a speed-tester.

From the above I'm not able to identify an issue. Your connection from the exchange to your router is also pretty stable:
I'd first advise to try a reboot (or disconnect/reconnect the PPP session in your router interface)
Also, are you using a wired or wireless connection?
