I tried connecting my Plusnet Hub One for the first time this week. The green light flashed for a while before turning constant green, but there is no internet connection and I can't access the admin panel. I've tried switching it on and off, disconnecting and reconnecting it from the power and holding the reset button down for more than a minute, but the light remains green.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Based on the information you've given it's likely that the router has developed a fault.
I've requested a new router is sent out to you with a returns bag for the faulty one.
If you can post back here when you've received it we'll refund you for the downtime
