I've had my service for over a month now and just yesterday my modem is now showing a solid orange light/solid orange "B" as well on the modem.
I have tried to log into the modem, nothing happens and I have tried to hard reset three rimes on the back of the modem by using a pin, but still nothing is working and Plusnet call centres are not taking technical issues calls, but they are taking sales calls for new customers!!!!!!
Please help me!
