Just been onto customer support again about reward card. Was told last week to wait as email may still arrive. Today they tell me I am not due a reward as there is nothing in my account that shows this. Considering that all the compare broadband websites are showing reward cards for new customers I find this answer a joke! The reward card was a deciding factor on taking out broadband with Plusnet.
Also, when taking out broadband, I was told there was a 30 day cooling of period. Now they say it's 14 days. Another lie told by someone.
