Plusnet Firewall

Dear All, I use a VPN box to securely access my home network remotely. For security I change the PlusNet Firewall to Low for the duration of my access and then raise it back to high once finished. This has now disappeared from the Connection option list, have PlusNet withdrawn this facility? It's obviously in the High setting at the moment as my VPN won't open and I have no way of adjusting it. I attach a screenshot. Thanks, David

Thanks, that does bring up the page but it's not working as you'll see on the screen shot attached. I'll raise a ticket.
