I've been a plusnet customer ever since plusnet started. I'm considering upgrading to fibre (FTTC) and would like to do it by self install using my own Draytek 2860 router; is this a possibility?

Hi FTTC these days are all self installs since Openreach stopped providing their own modems and yes you can use your own modem/router I'm using a Openreach ECI modem with a Asus RT-N66U Router without issues.
Just be aware that Plusnet wont provide support for them so it maybe best to still order the Hub-one and keep it as a spare and for testing purposes should a fault develop.
