Were on Unlimited fiber for 10 weeks and loads of dropouts low speeds and 3 routers 6 engineers and still asking me to do the same things

got an email this morn saying been put back on to unlimited fibre and so far speed is just the same

Hi there. I'm sorry to see how this was handled by the support advisers on your account.

There's no trace of us placing your upgrade order with our suppliers. I'll be passing feedback on to the advisers as this should've ideally been spotted and the order put through manually.

Whilst testing your line is showing your router in sync at 35mbps (within estimates), from looking through the speed profile stored on your account I can see your line was previously in sync at higher speeds (around 38mbps).

I can't guarantee your line will ever re-sync at a higher speed, but our tests are showing work at your cabinet/exchange, due to be completed by tomorrow so I hope that when this is completed your line syncs higher.

Whilst we can see the drops I think you're referring, I'm not sure what happened there.

It's possibly related to the work that was carried out.
