Plusnet Fibre Extra Speed Less Than previous ISP

As a new Plusnet customer the transfer from BT was straightforward. My broadband speed should be between 55Mb and 77Mb with minimum 49Mbps, however it is below the minimum expected. Typically the previous ISP consistently had speeds of around 76Mbs download and 20Mbs upload.

The new Plusnet One hub is the same as the previous Homehub5 and all the connections are identical. Please provide the expected service since I know the infrastructure is capable of delivering it.

Sorry to hear your speeds are poor.

Our tests aren't showing any issues but your sync speeds are poor.

If you report a fault here we'll get this looked into.
