Plusnet Fibre Broadband down since 6.30pm 29th November?

I think the whole of Plusnet Broadband has been down since 6.30pm yesterday. I tried phoning shortly thereafter and had a recorded message tell me the queue time was an hour - always a good indicator the whole system has gone down.

 

Still not working today (I'm on my mobile hotspot).

Are you ok to advise the sort of errors you're getting?

You did have a brief disconnection on the night in question, but you're back up and showing in sync.

The type of usage you're transmitting shows that it's not a stale session in this instance, which I know you contacted us last Friday to discuss.
