Another Engineer for the 7th time not sure its going to do any good as the last engineer told me there was nothing they can do.

 

This sucks mate

7th ouch, maybe you need broadband engineer rather then phone.

I got my vlan changed today and helping PN with results to see if everything is ok, if so PN can implement my fix to others.

Looking forward to it as i'm off work and rearing to go.

Will have to wait and see now the openreach man said a card was due to be fitted in the green box so have to wait a few weeks to see if its been sorted

Yes and been behaving as well but did have a bit of buffing this morning but ok  now speeds were low at one time this morning but back to normal now I am getting more happier with myself thank you again for you bit of impute and good luck to you to

Good news you will be please to hear the card has sorted our problem with our broadband also I am sorry, If I caused you a lot of aggro but it had to be done as my wife is having health issues and was causing her stress.

I will now put this as a fix

If we have any problems again I will start with a new post
