Re: Plusnet Fiber Drop 38Mbps to 12mbps

I would have thought by now you should have realised that repeatedly posting speed tests on their own with no backup information are next to useless. What is required is specific information relating to your connection such as router stats showing sync speeds and the BT wholesale IP profile which can be found using the further diagnostics tab on the performance test. Do you actually have an open fault ticket raised for your speed problems?

Re: Plusnet Fiber Drop 38Mbps to 12mbps

I hope this doesn't get taken the wrong way, but:

Are you still noticing any issues with your usage of the Internet, apart from the speedtest results?

Re: Plusnet Fiber Drop 38Mbps to 12mbps

Yes and no but when you watch the tv and it buffs sometimes and also when the router drops it can be a very enoying specially your watching something interesting but hand on hart we had 1 week of grace last week which I do think that's weird thought it was fix.

But hayo it returns. I wont go away quietly on this as we have no knowledge with this so I will continue to nag both sides till its fixed

Many thanks for you thoughts

Re: Plusnet Fiber Drop 38Mbps to 12mbps

5 cutoffs! Is that turned off and back on again?

Luckily for me its only evenings, congestion most prob. never cut off

Sounds more then a simple congestion problem for you.
