There don't seem to be that many drops over the past couple of days:

If the frequency of the drops increases, can you let us know by replying to this ticket

This so bazaar just got a message from plusnet support asking us to let them know when we get the new 3rd router dont they ever see what is been written.

 

Rather do this through this group.

Not sure if that's good, but it looks it from here. I'm still getting the drop outs after two missed visits.

I would go back and report with ticket I found the group is better with help more with the support as long you get the right one I am sure they are close to mine being sorted

I've just opened a new topic on this, im getting 1.75mb right now on a 43mb profile.

 

Only at 5pm till 11pm

 

Chat support says nff.
