Re: Plusnet Fiber Drop 38Mbps to 12mbps

Ok Last chance as I read most of the same problems as us we are going along for the 7th Engineer and go from there personally I think you have over subscribes for the broadband we had this problem when we were with, world on line.

Just hope this will be rectify otherwise there will be trouble.

Re: Plusnet Fiber Drop 38Mbps to 12mbps

But why?

You keep posting theoretical DSL speeds. No actual facts.

What is it you are hoping from?

Have you looked at the help pages in the member centre?

Moan by all means, but you will get a lot more quality information back if you provide some facts, but from what I remember from an earlier post from a staff member, your line has lots of interruptions, and needs an engineer visit. Providing you have followed the guidance in the help pages, and done your local checks you will not get charged. The charge is only applicable if the fault lies your side of the Master Socket.

Do the checks, and if you are confident of your local setup, then get the fault reported - you have already wasted 2 weeks, why are you putting yourself through more grief?

Re: Plusnet Fiber Drop 38Mbps to 12mbps

Had engineer on Friday checked all and no error but he said to us its more then likely to be the Fiber

but seems to be the same with at least 5 members in this group

Re: Plusnet Fiber Drop 38Mbps to 12mbps

Apologies you haven't received a response here.

Unfortunately the line does still seem to be disconnecting frequently, however it is a lot more stable over the last couple of days:

The engineers notes do suggest they resolved a problem behind the faceplate which may have helped.

Are your speeds better over the last few days?
