So after being sent an email giving me a date for my upgrade. thus date came and went no upgrade, I phoned customer service who denied the email was ever sent. OK new date 30th Jan, 31st today still no fibre. another call to customer services sorry the open reach engineer wasn't able to get your area. Ok not PlusNet problem. but open reach engineers should not turn up to a site and not do the work. oh yes I drove past them twice sitting in the van by the box.
now got to be the 7th. PlusNet please sort out your automated email service. don't send emails giving dates and saying a job has been completed when nothing has happened.
BT Openreach(I know this is not an openreach page) don't get you engineers to turn up to a site not do the work where they can been seen.
