Supposed to be activated by midnight on 15/10. No contact from Plusnet to say this has been done. Previous provider switched off 3 days ago so no Internet since then. Please can someone resolve

Hi there,
I've checked this for you and I can see your order completed with our suppliers yesterday at 06:15:39 and we activated your account at 07:15 yesterday morning emailing you to let you know.
It also looks like you've had a connection with us since around half an hour ago.
Everything working now as you'd expect?

Thank you for the reply. Yes all up and running now. I didn't receive an email or text to tell me the service was running so I held off connecting router until tonight when it all worked which is great
