Plusnet Access Control not working.

Hi, I can't use plusnet access control as it just keeps retrieving the current time, I've read other posts on the same problem but there's nothing I can do my end.

If anyone can help it would much appreciated.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with access control.

 

Before we raise this case to our products team, could you provide a little more information.

 

Firstly can you confirm what device you are attempting to make changes? Is it on a wired or wireless connection?

 

In addition could you also provide some further details on what you are wanting to do. This information may help should we need to replicate the problem.

Device, plusnet home hub one, wireless,

I need to restrict access for parental control at certain times of the day and over night,

Running Ubuntu mate OS.

Hi, time is now setting, not sure if it fixed itself or you have fixed the problem, is there a way to set the time manually instead of online automatic setting, thank you.

Well it's retrieving time again, didn't last 12 hours, will be asking for new router, thanks.

Hey @ricky65,

 

Really sorry to hear your router is not working correctly and I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

It sounds like your router has no reference point for its timings which is more than likely the cause of the fault. I have now processed a new router for you, it should arrive within the next 3-5 working days.

OK, thank you, I wasn't demanding a new one, just thought it might help.

 

Working again today, if it keeps working I will return the new router, thank you.
