Hi to all
It looks like all of you have this up and down problem longer than me.
It’s been a good year +, With PlusNet
But from beginning of august 2016 things are going down for me, my 38Mbps broadband dropped to (10 – 25Mbps) it looks like we are paying more for the service PlusNet provides.
This morning I remembered 56k web page loading takes way too long for 25Mbps its killing me
PlusNet is advertising free broadband to new customers by coting our broadband Speed to half.
It looks like we are paying for their new customers.
The first time I called I was advised to move to their business broadband it has fast service.
So is it time to change ISP?

You may have a problem on your line or you could have been caught in this issue https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/High-packet-loss-and-other-DNS-issues/m-p/1354749#U135... which started at the beginning of August
First thing is to check for a phone fault (if Plusnet provide the phone start here https://www.plus.net/help/phone/phone-line-troubleshooting/ ) If you do have a phone voice fault, report it as such and do not mention any broadband issues. And then when that is fixed, see if the broadband is better.

every things fine on my end I tested all reseted the msdn and the BT openreach all ok
But after the post on the 8th, yesterday my speed went even slower jumping between 2 and 8Mbps
