PlusNet Wrong Profile?

Until BTO reset my connection this morning, BTW Performance test showed my Profile as 30Mbps Since reset, it is showing 49.57, yet my Down speed remains at 30mbps.
Does my profile need updating?

Hi have you checked to see what your plusnet current line speed is set to you can do that here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed
It maybe the case that it hasn't automatically updated yet, if it hasn't you can phone support to change it for you if you don't want to wait for someone on the CRT to visit the forum.

From what I can see it's increased now?
Let us know if your still seeing speeds slower then this.

Speed has improved noticeably, its all looking good today thanks. Seemingly my connection will support the Extra service again, but its early days and best see how the dust settles.
