No problem. We've checked data from a back-end system and there's absolutely nothing wrong with your line that we can see. There are very minimal errors, your speeds within estimates and your line isn't banded.

Interesting reading this thread, as my line has been showing exactly the same problem.
Up until a month or so ago, i was getting 62+ DL but, i recently checked and its now fallen drastically to around 49, and i am getting fed the same excuses.
If my line was deteriorating, i would expect it to slowly drop off over time, not within a month.
I am guessing that with all the very heavy rain we have been having recently, some chambers are getting flooded out and causing issues and OR are, as usual, avoiding the problem until they are forced to do something about it.
